getting closer

Every day down is a day closer to having him back. He's getting annoyed and frustrated and it's hard not being able to do anything about how he feels. Evelyn is growing super quick. It really amazes me how fast she's growing. :) At least she keeps me busy.

my daughter, my husband and beautiful days like today. Woke up and Ev stayed asleep for another hour so I ate breakfast and got a work out in. I talked to the hubby. Ran to the px to buy razors and shaving cream. shipped it off and got starbucks. I went for a nice long walk with Evelyn. It was a pretty fun day and i'm down another pound.

wow February

In a way, I am so glad that time is flying by so quickly. Every day down, is a day closer to having him back. I tried putting on her panda pj's and she's too tall for them :(

I get to talk to Mike fairly often which is good I just wish he were home but he won't be deployed forever. I'm really proud of myself. I'm almost 40lbs down!

Just another day in the life

Sent another box the the 'stan. I'm grateful for every day that I get to talk to my love. He told me that we might be PCSing after the deployment. It makes me wonder where we would go. I'm praying for ft lewis but we probably won't get it. It would be so nice for evelyn to be able to know her extended family rather than only seeing them once a year. I guess we will find out soon enough. I am so thankful for my beautiful baby girl and the guy I call my husband. It's crazy that Evelyn will be 7 weeks old. It kind of makes me wonder where time goes.

time seriously flies

It is insane how fast time flies by. Evelyn is already 6 1/2 weeks old. I can hardly wait until this summer when we get to have Mike home and we get to see everyone back home in WA. we have so many grand plans. It will be so cool to have everyone meet Evelyn. I'm trying to stay positive and thankfully time is going by quick. I'll be so happy when I have my best friend/baby daddy back. It's hard to believe that me and Mike will be celebrating 3 years together soon. It seems like things zoom by.
