today was a good day

I went to the dr and things went A OK. They ran a blood panel and did a full physical. I got a packet and what happens when I go there in November. I get to see him in 25 days! I am so very excited. I got a box from my Secret sister and I loved it. I got a book on Annie Leivbowitz, and gift card to red robin (definetly taking mike out to dinner when he comes home) and a ton of candy popcorn which I love. Today was a pretty good day.

I have 7 more days at the fair and I get to see mike in 34 days.

I can't sleep

I miss Mike terribly. So far, I've made it 18 days without him home. Most of the time it's a lot easier but sometimes when I'm just laying there in bed, I miss him so much. I really can't wait until I get to see him.

I went to Ft. Lewis yesterday with my brother. We went to the Museum, and it was so cool. I want to come back when I have my camera with me. I got him post cards that say things like "come see Mt Rainier" because he said he was homesick. We went and got my ID. I was surprized by how quick that process is. we went to the PX and I got a new purse thats beautiful. I met up with Angie. We had coffee and it was a blast. Yesterday was a great day. In a few hours, I'll be off for an adventure.

I got to talk to my hubbybear!!!! I started crying because I miss him so freaking much but I am so glad I got to talk to him. I never thought I could love anyone as much as I love him.

And I missed it.... I am so frustrated with myself. I'll have to make sure I anwser when he calls sunday. I just need to breathe. I miss him so much I could burst.

I got a post card from hubby

It was short but I'm really glad to have heard from him. This is what it said:

Hey Babe,I've been at the reception area for a few days. The first day was the worst,Stayed up for 46 hours. The Army is very strict, no F-ing around. I miss you a lot and love you dearly. I think about you a lot.Love you honey

I am glad it is word from him and that every thing is ok. I went to the DOL and got my permit.It was pretty exciting to see my legal last name on something so official. Hopefully I can get my license before Hubby gets home. I just need someone to drive with me.

I miss my hubby bear

I let myself cry today. They were little tears but they came. I miss him being here with me. I got to hear from him for 2 minutes yesterday on the way up to whidbey. It was so good to hear his voice even if the reception was bad. He said he misses me a lot, and he loves me. He says he's doing well. He said he'll to to call back in two days. I miss him, but I'll learn. It's been a week since he left home. Here's to hoping I hear from him again soon.
